You have taken classes and become a Realtor, yet you don’t know how to sell a home? You have a lot to learn before you will be able to get any kind of client base, you wont get one on here when people see you don’t know what you are doing. You should make your own website, with walk through of the home, and other homes you are trying to sell, advertise it on craigslist and everywhere you can. Put the link to your site everywhere so they will see everything you have.

Taking classes to become a Realtor does not teach you how to sell and market a property. It only teaches the Realtor the laws and regulations of the industry. Learning how to sell is up to the individual. Take Sales and marketing courses offered by your broker and make sure you talk with as many people as possible. Hand out 10 to 15 business cards per day on average and never look hungry for business.
