is this slight increase in house sales temp. ?

Is this slight rise in house sales only temp. right now? Im sure that once the for closures start up again there will be a drop in sales. whats your opinion.

It looks temporary but it is a very dramatic increase in sales. Mostly driven by the $8,000 tax credit to first-time-homebuyers. That is not a tax deduction…. it is a check for $8,000 that someone will get for buying their first home in 2009.
Many buyers are putting $3,000 total down payment to buy a house. Then they get a check back for $8,000. As if the government is paying people to buy houses. Of course, it is part of the "stimulus" plan. If the plan works, the economy gets better and sales keep increasing. If it does not work, home sales will plummet later as people lose jobs.
No one can know the future. We are all guessing.
