It can take as little as three weeks now – with the new PIQ and HIP information, but usually takes nearer 6 weeks and in some cases more like months.

congratulations! I am sure you are pleased!

"sold" to moving out is often 4 or 5 weeks

watch out – she might imply to the new owners how awful she thinks you are, you need to chat them up a bit to negate any bad preconceptions. this is a chance to start again with an nice, open, lets-discuss-any-problems relationship. the problem we all have is that what is fine by us seems awful to someone else, if they are just next door we get a clash.

let her go quietly, it is not worth telling her what you think

You mean you wont beg her to stay? Usually 6-8 weeks. Say hello from me and goodbye lol
