why are there so Many houses for sale in a small area of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas?

I heard that several people I know recently moved there, so I checked real estate listings and found alot of really nice houses for really cheap all in a really small area??? no guesses please just facts
by a small area I mean about 2 blocks, the rest of the town is not so densly for sale

Have you checked real estate listings for other parts of the country? If you did, you might find the same thing, even in really small areas or towns.

    There could be many reasons. You will have to ask someone locally to determine if there is a specific reason. In this slow market, it is not that uncommon though if one neighborhood is different than the surrounding areas, I would want answers before writing any contract. Finding an answer on this forum is not likely because you are talking about a small area and it’s unlikely anyone from around there is on here.
