Most expensive electric bill i have ever had was $233 in the month of January. Cincinnati, OH with most of the month buried in snow. Average temp 5 – 25 degrees.

House is 1000 sq. ft.

Other winter months range from $80 a month – $160 a month depending on how cold it is.

Keep in mind, with baseboard heating you can control each room. If there are rooms you don’t use, shut the door, and turn it off the heat bill is drastically refuced. (my highest bill ever I ran all heaters just to see the cost)
